Shana Fatina
Leading Aflaha Global Networks with visionary direction and strategic insight, driving innovation across entertainment, trading, and technology. Under her leadership, AGN has expanded its presence across Southeast Asia and developed groundbreaking solutions that bridge these industries.
Shana is an environmental enthusiast and entrepreneur with extensive experience in renewable energy, tourism, and sustainable development. She founded Tinamitra Mandiri in 2010, focusing on carbon reduction for a sustainable future. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Science.
She served as Secretary General of the Indonesian CNG Companies Association (2014–2017) and as President Director of the Labuan Bajo Flores Tourism Authority (2019–2024), promoting sustainable tourism for G20 and ASEAN events. She believes in balancing economy, environment and people — and enjoys violin, hiking and scuba diving.

Andriani Setyawati
Born in Papua in 1984, she started her career as a production assistant in an advertising agency, became a producer, and ultimately chose the world of events — especially project management.
Cheerful, lively and with a high social spirit, she joined the AGN ecosystem in 2020 as a Project Manager and was trusted to become VP Project overseeing several business units. Agile and tireless in carrying tasks through to the end.

Where it all began
Uncle T
Born in Jakarta in 1984 — a resolute individual with a creative, technical background and a high fighting spirit. Armed with experience as an interior designer, he ran the equipment rental company Three Chords System, founded with two colleagues in 2002.
In 2009 he established the creative agency Flash Communications, and over 13 years in the industry delivered the best work for clients with smart, fast and maximum methods — growing it into one of the top ten companies in the Indonesian event industry.
Aunty Lynn
Born in Jakarta in 1989, with detailed, fast and agile characteristics — there was no task she did not complete. A graduate of the MICE Department at Jakarta State Polytechnic, she considers the event industry her second home.
Experience from Kompas Group to hospitality — as Banquet Sales Manager at the Mercantile Athletic Club and Best Western Group — made her meticulous in hospitality and service. Decisive and communicative, a key player in the network.
